Find and manage your connections
Open Settings, then Connections under Workspace, to connect your calendars, customer tools, Google, and WordPress.
On the web, Connections lives in Settings, under Workspace. It no longer has its own item in the main sidebar.
Open Connections
- Open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. On a narrow screen, open the main menu first.
- Select Settings.
- Under Workspace, select Connections.
You can also open Connections directly. Owners and managers can manage connections; staff members do not have access to these settings. Connections opens inside Settings. Use the Settings sidebar to switch to another section.
In the mobile app, Connections remains available from the workspace menu.
Choose a tool
Find the provider you want, then use Connect and follow its setup guide. The button's name is still Connect; Connections is the page that contains the provider cards.
- Connect Google Business Profile for reviews and business information.
- Connect Google Calendar for scheduling.
- Sync customers from your CRM to recognize returning customers.
- Connect Zapier or Make for automations.
- Install and connect WordPress for your website.
If a provider shows Needs attention, follow Fix a disconnected integration. Moving this page into Settings does not require you to reconnect tools that are already working.
For activity totals and trends, open Today.
Connections and customer tasks
Connecting an app does not automatically turn its customers, orders, invoices, or bookings into tasks. Tasks holds specific things your team still needs to do for a customer. A connected app may provide context or support an available action on a task; check the saved action's status or linked record to see what actually happened.
This applies to every connected app. You can also add customer tasks without an integration. Read the customer tasks guide.
Choose what your AI collects before booking
Pick what your AI asks for before it books each appointment type. Some fields are locked on because your calendar provider requires them.
Sync your customers from your CRM
Connect the CRM your customers already live in. New and updated customers with a phone number sync into Contacts automatically.
