Connect Keap and your AI receptionist recognizes your customers the moment they call.

Connect it

1. In your RankLadder dashboard, open Settings → Workspace → Connections.
2. Find Keap under Customer sync and click Connect.
3. Sign in to Keap and approve access.
4. That's it. Your existing customers import right away, and new or updated ones sync automatically from then on.

What syncs

• Your existing customers import when you connect.
• New and updated customers appear in your RankLadder Contacts automatically.
• Contacts match by phone number or email, so email-only records sync too.
• When a synced customer calls, your AI greets them by name.
• RankLadder can prepare a new or updated contact or lead, add a contact note, or move an opportunity to a verified stage. You review and approve every change before it is sent to Keap.

RankLadder never guesses between duplicate email matches and never creates a phone-only contact without a retained Keap identity. Disconnecting Keap stops future synchronization and actions; it does not delete your existing Keap data.
