Connect your Google Business Profile to bring your Google reviews into RankLadder and reply from one place. This works on every plan.
Steps
- Open Settings → Workspace → Connections.
- Find Google Business Profile.
- Select Connect Google.
- Log in to the Google account that manages your business and approve access.
- If that Google account manages more than one location, you'll be asked which one is this business. Pick it and select Use this location.
- You'll land back on Connections, showing Connected and your location name.
What happens next
Your reviews start syncing in; the first sync can take a little time. Once it's done, select View reviews to go straight to your Reviews tab and start replying.
If it does not work
- "Google access was declined": select Connect Google again and approve access this time.
- "No business locations were found": make sure you logged in with the Google account that actually manages your Business Profile, not a personal account.
- Needs attention badge: Google access was revoked or expired. Select Reconnect to redo the connection.
