Sync your QuickBooks Online customers into RankLadder so your AI greets them by name when they call.

Connect it
- In your RankLadder dashboard, open Settings → Workspace → Connections.
- Find QuickBooks Online under Customer sync and click Connect.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online and approve access.
- That's it. Your existing customers import right away, and new or updated ones sync automatically from then on.
What syncs
- Your existing customers import when you connect.
- New and updated customers appear in your RankLadder Contacts automatically.
- Contacts match by phone number or email, so email-only records sync too.
- When a synced customer calls, your AI greets them by name.
RankLadder only reads customer contact details. It never changes anything in your QuickBooks Online account.
