Sync your Clover customers into RankLadder so your AI greets them by name when they call.
Connect Clover and your AI receptionist recognizes your customers the moment they call.
Connect it
- In your RankLadder dashboard, open Settings → Workspace → Connections.
- Find Clover under Customer sync and click Connect.
- Sign in to Clover and approve access.
- That's it. Your existing customers import right away, and new or updated ones sync automatically from then on.
What syncs
- Your existing customers import when you connect.
- New and updated customers appear in your RankLadder Contacts automatically.
- Contacts match by phone number or email, so email-only records sync too.
- When a synced customer calls, your AI greets them by name.
RankLadder only reads customer contact details. It never changes anything in your Clover account.
