Lodgify
Sync your Lodgify guests into RankLadder, and let your AI take stay requests over the phone.
Connect Lodgify and your AI receptionist recognizes your customers the moment they call.
Connect it
- In Lodgify, open Settings → Public API and copy your API key. Your Lodgify plan must include Public API access.
- In your RankLadder dashboard, open Settings → Workspace → Connections, find Lodgify, paste the key, and click Connect.
- That's it. Your guests import right away and stay in sync as bookings come in.
What syncs
- Your existing customers import when you connect.
- New and updated customers appear in your RankLadder Contacts automatically.
- Contacts match by phone number or email, so email-only records sync too.
- When a synced customer calls, your AI greets them by name.
RankLadder only reads customer contact details. It never changes anything in your Lodgify account.
Take stay requests by phone
Create an appointment type that points at a Lodgify property (Settings → Appointment types) and your AI can check availability and place an inquiry booking during the call. The booking appears in Lodgify with Open status for you to confirm — payment always stays in Lodgify.
