Connect Calendly and your AI checks your real availability, then texts the caller a single-use scheduling link for the right event type — they pick their slot on their phone while the details are fresh.
Connect it
- In your RankLadder dashboard, open Settings → Workspace → Connections.
- Find Calendly under Calendar and scheduling, and click Connect.
- Approve access on Calendly's screen.
- Create appointment types under Settings → Appointment types and pick which Calendly event type each one uses.
Heads up: Calendly's own Standard plan or higher is needed on your Calendly account for live sync.

Square Appointments
