Sync your Square customers into RankLadder so your AI greets them by name when they call.
Connect Square and your AI receptionist recognizes your customers the moment they call.
Connect it
- In your RankLadder dashboard, open Settings → Workspace → Connections.
- Find Square under Customer sync and click Connect.
- Sign in to Square and approve access.
- That's it. Your existing customers import right away, and new or updated ones sync automatically from then on.
What syncs
- Your existing customers import when you connect.
- New and updated customers appear in your RankLadder Contacts automatically.
- Contacts match by phone number or email, so email-only records sync too.
- When a synced customer calls, your AI greets them by name.
Customer sync only reads contact details from Square. It never changes your customer records.
The Square integration is included on the Pro plan and above.
One sign-in, two features
The same Square connection also powers Square Appointments, so your AI can book into your Square schedule too. If you connected Square before booking was added, reconnect it once to grant booking access.
