Jobber

Connect Jobber so RankLadder can recognize returning customers and help your team move service work from the first call through completion.

Connect it

1. In your RankLadder dashboard, open Settings → Workspace → Connections.
2. Find Jobber under Customer sync and click Connect.
3. Sign in to Jobber and approve access.
4. Return to RankLadder. The Jobber card now shows Connected.

Keep customer details in sync

• New and updated Jobber customers appear in RankLadder Contacts when Jobber sends a supported customer or service update.
• Contacts match by phone number or email, so email-only records sync too.
• When a synced customer calls from a saved number, your AI recognizes who is calling.
• Jobber fills missing contact details without overwriting names, email addresses, notes, instructions, or memory your team already edited in RankLadder.

Turn conversations into Jobber work

With your approval, RankLadder can:

• Create a service request from a qualified customer conversation.
• Update an existing service request.
• Create a job from the related service request.
• Update a job's title or instructions.
• Add a note to a service request or job.
• Schedule a visit on an existing Jobber job.

RankLadder reads the result back from Jobber before it marks an action as confirmed. If Jobber has a newer edit, the connection is unavailable, or the requested change is not supported, RankLadder sends the work to a teammate instead of guessing.

Approval and follow-through

Jobber changes are approval-based. Connecting Jobber does not allow RankLadder to make silent changes to your account. Review the exact prepared action before it is sent.

RankLadder also watches supported request, job, and visit updates from Jobber. A confirmed completed job or visit can move the customer outcome forward and prepare the appropriate follow-up. Review requests still follow your consent, timing, and approval settings.

Disconnect Jobber

Disconnecting stops future Jobber sync and cancels Jobber actions that have not started. Existing RankLadder contacts, conversations, and action history stay available.
