Pipedrive
Sync your Pipedrive people into RankLadder, and text or review callers without leaving Pipedrive.
Connect Pipedrive and your AI receptionist recognizes your customers the moment they call.
Connect it
- In your RankLadder dashboard, open Settings → Workspace → Connections and find Pipedrive.
- Click Connect and approve access on Pipedrive's screen — or paste your personal API token (Pipedrive → Personal preferences → API) instead. Both work the same.
- That's it. Your people import right away and stay in sync automatically.
What syncs
- Your existing customers import when you connect.
- New and updated customers appear in your RankLadder Contacts automatically.
- Contacts match by phone number or email, so email-only records sync too.
- When a synced customer calls, your AI greets them by name.
RankLadder only reads customer contact details. It never changes anything in your Pipedrive account.
Use RankLadder inside Pipedrive
With our Pipedrive marketplace app you also get, right on a person's page in Pipedrive:
- Text contact via RankLadder — send a text from your business number; the reply lands in your RankLadder inbox.
- View RankLadder activity — their recent calls, texts, and chats with AI summaries and lead scores.
