Connect it
- In your RankLadder dashboard, open Settings → Workspace → Connections.
- Find Shopify under Customer sync, enter your store address (like
yourstore.myshopify.com), and click Connect. - Approve access on Shopify's screen.
- That's it. New and updated customers sync automatically from then on.
What syncs
- Your existing customers import when you connect.
- New and updated customers appear in your RankLadder Contacts automatically.
- Contacts match by phone number or email, so email-only records sync too.
- When a synced customer calls, your AI greets them by name.
RankLadder only reads customer contact details. It never changes anything in your Shopify account.
