Using RankLadder
See and reply to your Google reviews
Open a Google review from your Reviews tab, draft a reply with AI or write your own, and post it straight to your Google listing.
Every Google review your business gets shows up in Reviews, and you can reply without leaving RankLadder. This is included on every plan, including the trial.
Before you begin
Connect your Google Business Profile first. See "Connect your Google Business Profile."
Steps
- Open Reviews.
- Use the filters to find what you're looking for: All, Needs reply, Positive, Negative, or Archived.
- Select a review to open it. You'll see the reviewer's name (or "Google user" if they're anonymous), their star rating, and the full review.
- Select Draft with AI to get a suggested reply, or write your own in the box.
- Edit the draft however you like.
- Select Post reply. It's posted publicly on your Google listing right away.
Editing or deleting a reply
Once you've replied, your reply shows as its own card with Edit and Delete buttons. Deleting asks you to confirm, since it removes the reply from Google too.
What happens next
Your reply is public on Google, visible to anyone who reads that review. You can select View on Google from the review to see it live.
