When a review disappears from Google
Google sometimes removes reviews on their end. Here's what that looks like in RankLadder and why the review stays visible to you.
Google removes reviews sometimes, for their own reasons unrelated to RankLadder. When that happens, you'll still see it in your Reviews list.
What you'll see
A removed review shows dimmed in your list with a Removed from Google badge. Open it and you'll see a note: this review is no longer on Google, so it can't be replied to, but it stays in RankLadder for your records.
Why it's kept
RankLadder checks nightly for reviews that no longer appear on your Google listing. Rather than deleting your copy, it's marked removed so you keep a record of what was said, even after Google takes it down.
Archiving it
On a removed review, select Archive to move it out of your main list. You can find it again under the Archived filter, and restore it anytime.
