Sign in on the RankLadder mobile app

There are two ways to sign in to the RankLadder mobile app: scan a QR code, or type in your email and your app code. Both use the account you already have, there's no separate mobile sign-up.

Scan a QR code

This is the faster option if you have your web dashboard open.

1. On your computer, open Settings, then the Mobile App tab.
2. Select Show QR code.
3. On your phone, open the RankLadder app and select Sign in with QR code.
4. Point your camera at the code on your screen.

The code signs you in as yourself, works once, and expires shortly. Don't share it or show it where someone else could scan it. If it expires, select Generate a new code on the web dashboard and scan again.

If your phone scans a team invite instead of a sign-in code, the app will tell you and point you to Join a team instead.

Sign in with your email and app code

1. On your computer, open Settings, then the Mobile App tab, and find App access code. It's a five-digit code tied to your account.
2. On your phone, open the RankLadder app.
3. Enter your Email and your five-digit App code.
4. Select Sign in.

Your app code doesn't expire on its own, so you only need to look it up once. After 10 wrong attempts, sign-in locks for 15 minutes.
