Create your account and start your trial

Sign up, choose Starter or Pro, pay $4 for seven days of full access, and continue automatically on your selected monthly plan unless you cancel.

You create your RankLadder account on the web at rankladder.app. Signup takes a minute, and the $4 trial activation right after it unlocks setup.

Before you begin

Use a computer or a phone browser. Account creation and setup happen on the web only.
Have a credit or debit card ready. You pay $4 today and authorize the selected monthly plan to start after 7 days unless you cancel.
Use an email address you check often. That's where RankLadder sends your notifications.

Go to rankladder.app and choose sign up. You'll see Create your account with the note Start your 7-day trial.
Enter your First name, Last name, Email, and Password, then select Create account. Prefer Google? Select Continue with Google instead.
The trial screen appears next. It lists what your trial includes: a dedicated local phone number, 30 minutes of AI-answered calls, 25 AI website chat replies, and call transcripts, summaries, and next steps.
Choose Starter ($99/month) or Pro ($199/month), then select that plan's Start my 7-day trial for $4 button and complete secure checkout.
When the payment confirms, the setup wizard opens automatically.

Your trial runs for 7 days and includes 30 voice minutes, 25 website chat replies, and Ask Anders. Texting isn't part of the trial.
You receive full Pro access during the trial, regardless of which renewal plan you chose.
After 7 days, the selected Starter or Pro plan starts automatically. You can switch the scheduled plan or cancel from Settings → Plan before then.
Texting activation is completely separate. Once your paid plan is active, activate it from Trust Hub for a one-time $39 fee.

Payment went through but the wizard didn't open? The screen says Confirming your payment while it processes. This usually takes a few seconds. If it takes longer, don't pay again. Use Retry confirmation.
Didn't get a sign-in email or can't sign in? Check the address you typed and try again, or use Continue with Google if you signed up with Google.
