Accept an invite and join a team

To join a team, open the invite email and select Accept the invite. The link takes you to a page where you sign in and join in a couple of clicks.

Before you begin

• Use the email address the invite was sent to. The invite only works with that exact email.
• Invites expire in 7 days and work once. If yours is old, ask your team to send a new one.
• You won't be asked for payment or setup. You're joining an existing business, so there's nothing to configure.

Steps

1. Open the email that says you're invited to join the business on RankLadder, and select Accept the invite.
2. The invite page opens in your browser. It shows the business name and your role, Manager or Staff.
3. If you're new to RankLadder, select Create your account and sign up with the invited email. If you already have an account, select Sign in.
4. Back on the invite page, select Join the team.
5. You land in the business right away, starting with the Today screen.

What happens next

• You now see the business's calls, texts, reviews, and contacts based on your role.
• Already using the RankLadder mobile app? Your teammate can also show you a QR invite code, and you can scan it in the app under Join a team.
• Your role decides what you can see and change. Check the roles guide below for details.

If it does not work

• You see Invite not found? The link is invalid or was already used. Ask your team for a new invite.
• You see Invite expired? Invites last 7 days. Ask your team to send a fresh one.
• The page says you're signed in with a different email? Sign out, then sign back in with the email the invite was sent to.
