Every paid RankLadder plan includes the complete AI Office Manager: AI call answering, website chat, a unified inbox, Google reviews, appointment tools, 15+ caller languages, and Ask Anders. Plans differ mainly by capacity, connections, team size, and advanced operating tools.

Past your allowance
RankLadder never sends an automatic overage bill. When one monthly allowance runs out, new activity in that channel draws from your non-expiring credit balance. If that balance is also empty, the cost-bearing activity pauses until you add credits, upgrade, or the monthly allowance renews. An active call can finish; the next cost-bearing call pauses.
Texting activation
Your plan includes a monthly text allowance, but customer texting becomes available only after your business completes carrier registration. Texting activation is a separate one-time purchase; it is not a recurring texting fee.
Credits are separate from plan allowances
Plan allowances reset every billing cycle. Credits form one separate prepaid balance shared across eligible calls, texts, and AI website chat. They never expire, but they cannot pay for your subscription, texting activation, seats, locations, or other fixed charges.
