Buy and use credit packs
Buy 1,000, 2,500, or 5,000 prepaid RankLadder credits from Settings. Credits work across eligible calls, texts, and AI website chat and never expire.
Credit packs add prepaid extra usage to one shared balance. They are available with any paid plan and protect you from automatic overage bills.
Steps
- Open Settings, then the Credits tab.
- Choose a pack: 1,000 credits for $15, 2,500 credits for $30, or 5,000 credits for $60.
- Select Buy credit pack.
- Complete checkout.
What happens next
Credits land in your wallet right away and never expire. Your plan's monthly allowance is always used first; credits only cover work once that allowance runs out.

These examples show what a pack covers when used entirely in one channel. You can mix eligible activity from the same balance. Ask Anders is included and does not use credits.
Credits cannot pay for your subscription, texting activation, teammate seats, locations, phone numbers, or other fixed charges. They cannot be transferred between businesses or redeemed for cash.
If it does not work
If the button shows Available on a paid plan, you're still on the trial; choose a plan first. If it shows Temporarily unavailable, try again in a moment.
