Redeem a credit code
Have a RankLadder promo code? Redeem it under Have a code? on the Billing tab in Settings, for a one-time credit bonus.
If you have a RankLadder promo code, redeem it for a one-time credit grant added straight to your wallet. Credits are prepaid usage units, not cash or a subscription discount.
Steps
- Open Settings, then the Billing tab.
- Find the Have a code? card.
- Enter your code, in the format
RL-XXXXXXXX. - Select Redeem.
What happens next
You'll see a confirmation showing how many credits were added. Each code works once. The credits never expire and follow the same usage rules as purchased credits: your plan allowances are used first, and an active paid plan is required to spend the balance.
